Training & Development

MB Aerospace is committed to investing in the skills progression of its employees.

Through this on-going commitment, MB Aerospace ensures that it can meet the demands of the high-tech aerospace manufacturing industry, as well as providing its employees with challenging and rewarding careers.

The company has ongoing programs of investment in the technical, engineering and commercial skills of our existing team. Across the group, we also recruit 20-30 apprentices each year and offer training positions across a range of disciplines, including manufacturing, welding, engineering, quality and production planning.

Each of our business units has partnered with local universities, colleges and training schools to offer structured, accredited learning.

For candidates who have excelled through these training programs we offer the opportunity of employment once the apprenticeship has been completed, typically after an in-depth 3-4 year program.
